Medication programs
Medication programs provide access to modern and safe oncological and hemato-oncological therapies. They allow patients to be prescribed medicines considered to be the most modern drugs currently available in Europe. Drug programs are a guaranteed benefit as part of treatment financed by the insurer of a given country. Treatment within drug programs covers strictly defined disease entities. A doctor who has a contract for treatment under a given program always qualifies for treatment. These programs also include experimental treatments.
Clinical oncology/
chemotherapy
Okology Clinic offers modern oncological treatment under insurance. If you are looking for a hospital that provides systemic treatment - chemotherapy, immunotherapy and hormone therapy - at a world-class level, you are in the right place. We offer our patients individualized treatment, including targeted therapies, drug programs and participation in clinical trials.
Even if you are not a patient of the Oncology Clinic, but you have a referral for treatment at the clinical oncology and chemotherapy department or the hemato-oncology department, or a referral for vascular port implantation, please contact us! We provide treatment under insurance. Patients covered by general health insurance are treated with us on the same terms as in a public hospital, but under the conditions of a private hospital. The clinic also accepts
insurance from abroad.
Oncology diet
The fight against cancer and subsequent recovery is an extremely demanding period for the body. You should then ensure a valuable, easily digestible diet that will not additionally burden the patient's digestive system and will provide all the necessary ingredients. In our departments, we offer each patient a high-protein, easily digestible diet, which has been developed according to detailed guidelines of professional dietitians. Its purpose is, among others, to: preventing malnutrition and body wasting, which can happen during illness and chemotherapy. The body needs an increased supply of protein and nutrients for regeneration, the demand for amino acids increases, and these can be provided through a specialized high-protein oncology diet.
